What is the typical lead time for custom printed packaging?

Our lead time is about 8-10 weeks (including 3-4 weeks production + 5-6 weeks shipping)

What is the minimum order quantity for custom products?

The minimum quantities vary by product. Most items have quantities and prices posted on the page of each product. In many cases, exceptions can be made, so please email us at halo@kimecopak.ca to check.

How many colors can be printed on the product?

We offer full-color printing with no limit on the number of colors. However, the pricing listed on our website covers up to 2-3 colors. If you wish to use more than that, there is an additional charge of $50/ extra color/size.

Is there support for logo design, or does the customer need to provide a ready-made design file?

Yes, we offer support for logo design if you don't have a ready-made design file, and there is an extra fee depending on the complexity of the design.

What file format is required for artwork to custom printing?

For custom printing, you can share your artwork in .jpg, .png, or high-resolution .pdf formats.
