Shipping & Delivery

Our typical processing time is 2–7 business days. We don't process or ship on Fridays after 12 pm EST, weekends, or holidays. Estimated delivery timelines after processing:
📦 Manitoba: 1–2 days 📦 ON, QC, AB: 2–4 days 📦 Other provinces: 3–7 days 🇺🇸 USA: 7–10 days

Small products like Wooden Sporks ship next business day; standard products like Kraft Boxes ship within 2–3 business days.

For shipping outside Canada and the USA, please reach out to us directly at halo@kimecopak.ca and our team will assist with options and pricing for your region.
Yes! We offer Priority Shipping within Canada with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 business days. You can select fast shipping after entering your delivery location at checkout.

You can track the status of your order using our order tracking page on our website. If you're having trouble, contact us at halo@kimecopak.ca and we'll help locate your shipment.
Deliveries to the USA may be subject to customs taxes. Our delivery partner handles customs clearance and will invoice you in local currency for any applicable duties and taxes. Please refer to your delivery partner's website for full details.

Orders & Payment

We accept multiple payment options at checkout:

We currently charge in CAD. Depending on your regional site, you may be charged in USD, CAD, or VND.

We can only modify orders that haven't been processed for shipping yet. Once your order status reads "Preparing for Shipping", "Shipping", or "Delivered", we can no longer make edits.

Contact us as soon as possible at halo@kimecopak.ca to request changes.

Once you place your order, it typically takes 1–3 working days to process it for delivery. Small items may ship the very next business day, while standard-sized products like Kraft Boxes and Salad Bowls ship within 2–3 business days.
If you're not home, a new delivery attempt will typically be made the next day, or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new date. In some cases you may need to collect your package from your local post office if delivery is unsuccessful.

Our team will walk you through the design approval process step by step before any production begins.

MOQ varies by product type and customization. Generally, ordering higher quantities reduces your per-unit cost significantly. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a detailed quotation with pricing at different order sizes.
Once you send your logo and design files, our team creates a visual mockup for your approval. Most orders include 1–3 revision rounds as part of the standard workflow. After you approve the final design, production begins.

Clear, detailed feedback at each stage helps avoid delays.

Returns, Issues & Support

Contact us immediately — preferably by phone for urgent cases. Take clear photos of each damaged item as evidence. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or discount as appropriate.
